I am Farshid Rahimi Kalahroudi, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Qazvin Branch (2018), and a Master’s degree in Restoration of Historical Buildings and Fabrics from Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch (2020).
My professional journey began in 2017 when I joined Emarat Khorshid Consulting Engineers as an architect and restoration specialist, a role I held until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a technology expert at the Innovation and Incubation Center of the Natural Disasters Research Institute. Currently, I work independently as a freelance architect and heritage conservationist.
In addition to professional practice, research and publication have always been core aspects of my work. My published books include:

I have also served as the editor-in-chief of Asemaneh Shahr, a scientific-specialized journal at Islamic Azad University of Qazvin, and was a member of its editorial board from 2017 to 2020. Furthermore, in 2015 and 2016, I co-founded and served as the secretary of the Scientific Association of the Faculty of Architecture at the same university.

Since 2014, I have been involved in architectural education, serving as a research supervisor and instructor in top high schools across Tehran.

Beyond architecture, I have a deep interest in photography and visual documentation. In 2016, I founded Bokeh Studio, where I have been working across various fields such as content production, architectural, industrial, commercial, portrait, and documentary photography.

By combining expertise in architecture, conservation, education, authorship, and visual storytelling, I strive to explore and preserve the deep connection between people, culture, and space.
